No contact day 16: the dream
Vivid dreams about an ex are extremely common around now, and they can undo a good week in the first ten minutes of a morning.
What goes wrong on day 16
A dream feels like contact and gets treated like a sign. It's neither — it's a brain rehearsing a routine it hasn't finished dismantling.
None of that is a prediction about you specifically. Day 16 looks different depending on how long you were together, who ended it, and how many times you've tried before — this is the shape it takes most often, and the part of it worth preparing for.
One thing to do today
Don't spend the day interpreting it. Get up, get light, get moving; the residue burns off faster with activity than with analysis.
A slip costs a day. The spiral after it — "I've ruined it, why bother" — is what costs the month. If today didn't go the way this page describes, that's information about which door is still open, not a verdict on whether you can do this.
