Billing and refunds

For the personal plan bought on this site, email us from the address you used at checkout — the 30-day money-back guarantee is real and we honor it without argument. For App Store subscriptions, Apple handles billing: manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com — then email us too if anything looks wrong, and we'll help you chase it.

Privacy requests

To have the email address or quiz answers you left on this site deleted, or for any question about your data, write to the same address. The full picture of what we hold (very little) is in the Privacy Policy.
